Every formula is developed against the EU Cosmetics Regulation and its ingredient annexes — before a sample leaves the lab.

Production follows cosmetic GMP principles in line with ISO 22716: controlled processes, trained staff, documented cleaning.

Every batch is coded and documented from incoming raw material to finished unit, with retained samples and records.
NDA
Your brief, formula and volumes stay yours. We sign a non-disclosure agreement before discussing the detail.

It depends on the product, the format and whether the formula is private label or custom. Tell us your target volumes in the enquiry form and we will confirm feasibility in our first reply.
Private label is the fastest route, because the formula already exists. Custom development depends on the number of sample rounds and on testing — stability testing in particular takes time. You receive a written timeline together with your quotation.
Private label base formulas remain CosmoLab property and may be offered to other clients. Formulas developed exclusively for you can be contracted as exclusive. Either way, it is agreed in writing before development starts.
You can send us your own packaging or we can help you source it. In both cases we check that the packaging is compatible with the formula before production.
We support you with the documentation for the Product Information File, the safety assessment (CPSR), label review and CPNP notification. We will also explain what the Responsible Person role involves if this is your first product.
Yes. Sample development and approval is a standard stage of every project — nothing goes to production until you have signed off the sample. Sample conditions are confirmed with your quotation.
Yes. We work with brands and companies across the EU and beyond, in English and Spanish, and ship finished goods to your warehouse or logistics partner.
Always. We never disclose who we manufacture for, and we sign an NDA before you share formulas, volumes or launch plans.
